pandas.PeriodDtype

class pandas.PeriodDtype [source]

A Period duck-typed class, suitable for holding a period with freq dtype.

THIS IS NOT A REAL NUMPY DTYPE, but essentially a sub-class of np.int64.

Attributes

na_value	float(x) -> floating point number
name	A string identifying the data type.
names	Ordered list of field names, or None if there are no fields.
