ncurses_newwin — Create a new window
Description
ncurses_newwin ( int $rows , int $cols , int $y , int $x ) : resource
This function is EXPERIMENTAL. The behaviour of this function, its name, and surrounding documentation may change without notice in a future release of PHP. This function should be used at your own risk.
Creates a new window to draw elements in.
When creating additional windows, remember to use ncurses_getmaxyx() to check for available space, as terminal size is individual and may vary.

y-coordinate of the origin

x-coordinate of the origin
Return Values
Returns a resource ID for the new window.
