- Kyphosis
-  a factor with levels absentpresentindicating if a kyphosis (a type of deformation) was present after the operation.
- Age
-  in months 
- Number
-  the number of vertebrae involved 
- Start
-  the number of the first (topmost) vertebra operated on.
