setSerializer(SerializerInterface $serializer)

Sets the serializer.

Parameters

SerializerInterface

$serializer

A SerializerInterface instance

__construct(string $rootNodeName = 'response', int|null $loadOptions = null)

Construct new XmlEncoder and allow to change the root node element name.

Parameters

string	$rootNodeName
int|null	$loadOptions	A bit field of LIBXML_* constants

scalar encode(mixed $data, string $format, array $context = array())

Encodes data into the given format.

Parameters

mixed	$data	Data to encode
string	$format	Format name
array	$context	options that normalizers/encoders have access to
