Die with a maintenance message when conditions are met.

Description

The default message can be replaced by using a drop-in (maintenance.php in the wp-content directory).

Check if maintenance mode is enabled.

Retrieve the translation of $text.

Attempt an early load of translations.
wp-includes/functions.php: wp_die()

Kills WordPress execution and displays HTML page with an error message.
