tf.experimental.numpy.meshgrid

TensorFlow variant of NumPy's meshgrid.

tf.experimental.numpy.meshgrid(
    *xi, **kwargs
)

Unsupported arguments: copy, sparse, indexing.

This currently requires copy=True and sparse=False.
